As well as providing staff to our clients, we can also help businesses with their staffing needs. We supply to a number of Care Homes and Residential Care services when required, offering short-term emergency placements to longer-term contracts. We also look at implementing “temp-to-perm” contracts should it suit the staff member and both businesses.

 

All staff are required to take part in an extensive induction course, and are regularly encouraged to take part in various other training and developmental courses.
